To ensure the practitioners have the most amount of time to help you, they ask that you download the paperwork and spend time filling it out with as much details as possible. Although some of the sections on the form may seem irrelevant to your problem initially, it is important that every section is filled out as best you can so the practitioner has all the information needed to get to the CAUSE of the problem and get the best and quickest results for you. The earlier you can fax, scan or take a photo of the forms and send them back before your appointment, the more time the practitioner has to prepare for you.

When you arrive at the clinic you will be greeted by one of the friendly team. It is important you arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your designated appointment so you have time to sit and relax and start your appointment on time. The practitioner will come and take you to a room and complete a full history and a thorough examination and then give you their opinion of what is needed to help you. The practitioners all have different ways of treating and all conditions are treated differently.
